I’m Holly Strawbridge, a multidisciplinary artist and instructor offering art, yoga, and sound-based practices that support creativity, rest, and reconnection. My work blends formal fine arts training with embodied movement and mindful practices to create accessible, grounding experiences. I guide individuals and groups in slowing down, making, and returning to themselves.

  • 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

  • Yin Yoga Teacher Training

When I am not in the studio, I may be at home gardening, loving my chow chows and cats, traveling to beaches, listening to scary story podcasts, or hanging upside with my friends at the circus somewhere. I am a student of my life, and every day look for small ways to make life meaningful.

If any part of this resonates with you, I’d love to share a space together sometime.
